"Awful. I spoke with Christy on obtaining liability insurance for interim driving needs, explained to her that I would be attempting to get into a rental as well as purchase a vehicle the same day. She assured me I had coverage, yet did not send me proof of coverage. I went to the dealership and had nothing to show, can’t rent a vehicle without this. I call the office this morning and speak to Jessica, who assured me I had coverage. I asked for that to be sent to me so that I can finish purchasing my vehicle as well as get into a rental TODAY. She told me “I’m sending it to your email now.” That was over an hour ago. So I call, because I need this insurance now (again, trying to get into a rental) and Andrew answers. I explained my situation calmly and politely, and he says they’re working on it. I explained again that I not only need this asap but I was given false pretenses that proof of coverage was being provided to me. I asked to speak to Christy, and he then started talking over me, saying “let me explain this to you.” I asked him not to talk over me, & stated that my frustrations were valid and growing with this situation. He continued to talk (full sentences mind you) about how Christy and supervisors weren’t there today and they would get back to me. Then he went silent after I asked for an eta on the documents because literally EVERYTHING I need to do is on hold waiting for a policy number. He told me “today.” Maybe Andrew should work in a field where he doesn’t have to interact with people. Especially people who have legitimate needs & distaste for being talked down to. Don’t waste your time with this office. I hope this finds the supervisor."

"I have had the pleasure of being with state farm since the purchase of my first car. I choose to pay premium price for premium service. However the best customer service i have received was from the employee, Andrew. Not only did he reach out to me by phone, left a voicemail and then texted me to ensure my questions and worries ASAP. Also through the app state farm made submitting quote and checking the status of any accident claim. Again shoutout to Andrew."
